About your Memora bracelet
Your Memora bracelet carries up to four charms, one for each person, date or moment you want to keep on your wrist.
Letters, hearts, birthstones and zodiac signs can be combined in any order, and the same type can be picked more than once.
Length: 18 cm, plus a 5 cm extension chain
Charms: 1 to 4, in any combination
Materials & care
The chain and charms are cut from 304 stainless steel, a tough metal that holds up to daily wear.
Pick 14K gold plating for a warm glow, or polished stainless steel for a bright silver finish.
Both finishes resist water and sweat, keep their colour, and sit lightly on the skin from morning to night.
To keep the shine longer, put perfume and lotion on before your jewellery, and take it off for the pool or strong cleaning products.
Making & shipping
We make each bracelet once your order comes in, following your exact choice of charms, then check it by hand before it ships.
Count on roughly 10 to 15 working days between ordering and delivery: that covers making, checking and shipping.

Should it ever snap, write to us with your order number and we will look into it and sort it out with you.

Can I pick two charms of the same kind?
Of course. Two letters, three hearts or four birthstones: any mix of up to four charms works.
Build your bracelet around the people it is for, not around a set format.
Can I adjust the size of the bracelet?
Yes. It measures 18 cm, plus a 5 cm extension chain, so it fits most wrists.
Close it on the link you like for a snug or a looser look.
I made a mistake in my charms. Can I fix it?
Write to us right away with your order number and the correct charms.
If your piece has not gone into production yet, we will update it. Once making has started, we can no longer promise a change.
Can I send back a personalized bracelet?
Each bracelet is made to your own design, so a personalized piece cannot be returned for a change of mind, within the limits allowed by law.
A damaged or faulty piece, or charms that do not match your order, are always covered.
Is there a problem with your bracelet?
Send us your order number and a photo if a charm is missing, damaged or different from what you chose.
Your bracelet is also covered for 12 months after delivery if it breaks.
With normal wear, we will check it and find the right fix with you.
This does not affect your legal rights.
