2. Purpose of the website
"User" means any person who accesses and uses the Blossaglow website. The website offers a set of services made available to users as they are. Users are expected to act courteously and in good faith towards other users and towards AD EVOLIS. The website is updated regularly by AD EVOLIS.
Blossaglow strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible, subject to changes made since it was published. However, Blossaglow cannot guarantee that the information on the website, whether provided by Blossaglow or by third-party partners, is accurate, complete or up to date. Users therefore use this information, which is provided for guidance only, under their own responsibility.
3. Accessibility
The website is in principle accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of scheduled or unscheduled interruptions for maintenance or in the event of force majeure. If the service becomes unavailable, Blossaglow will do its best to restore access and will try to inform users in advance of any planned intervention. As Blossaglow is bound only by an obligation of means, it cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the unavailability of the service.
4. Intellectual property
AD EVOLIS owns all intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, on all elements accessible on the website, including its structure, texts, images, graphics, logo, icons, sounds and software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the website or of any of its elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without the prior written consent of AD EVOLIS, which can be requested at contact@blossaglow.com. Any unauthorised use will be considered an infringement and may give rise to legal action under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
5. Hyperlinks and cookies
The website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. AD EVOLIS cannot verify the content of the websites visited in this way and therefore accepts no liability for any unlawful content they may contain.
