How long will it take to receive my order?+
Every Duo Birthstone Ring is set with the two stones you choose, so it’s made to order. Delivery takes 7–8 business days to the US, UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and you’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Can I return my order?+
Yes. If you’re not happy with your ring, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. If there’s ever a problem with the ring itself, we take care of it under our 2-year warranty.
Is the ring waterproof? Will it tarnish?+
It’s made of high-grade stainless steel with an 18k gold PVD finish, so it’s 100% waterproof and won’t tarnish or turn your finger green – even worn every day in the shower or the pool.
Do I need proof of warranty?+
No. Your order confirmation is all you need – every ring is automatically covered by our 2-year warranty.
Can I change my birthstones after ordering?+
As long as your ring hasn’t gone into production, we can update your stones, size or colour. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best. Once your ring is being made or has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Does the ring look like the photos?+
Yes – our photos show the ring as it really is. Colours can vary very slightly from one screen to another, but the ring you receive matches the pictures.
